Tiny House

A Tiny House is a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom within 15–35 m². We build on a registered trailer (no building permit required) or a permanent foundation. Aluthermo insulation provides comfort all year round.

Build

Once you approve the design, our workshop takes over. Every component is cut, joined and treated to a precision of ±2 mm. Our installation team comes to you — installation takes 1–2 days, and you can use the sauna as soon as it is handed over.

Frequently asked questions about your project.

How long does it take after the design is approved?

We build garden saunas in 2–4 weeks and Tiny Houses in 6–14 weeks, depending on the size and level of finish. Installation on your plot takes one day, and you can use the sauna immediately after the joint handover and heater commissioning.

Do I have to pay for the design and quote?

The first consultation and initial quote are free. The technical design and construction drawings are included in the build price. We can prepare a 3D visualisation on request. The quote provided after the design stage is binding — with no extra costs added during construction.

Does a Tiny House require a building permit?

We build two versions: on a registered trailer, in which case the structure is a vehicle and no building permit is required, or on a permanent foundation, where the formalities depend on its floor area, intended use and the local development plan. We explain what to look out for, but the relevant authority confirms the final interpretation of the regulations.

Which timber should I choose for my sauna?

Scandinavian spruce offers excellent value for money, with a warm, pale colour and dense grain. Siberian larch has naturally resilient resin and needs no protective treatment in the first few years. Thermowood (aspen) is thermally modified: stable, moisture-resistant and darker in colour. You can find all three in the configurator above.

Electric, wood-burning or infrared heating?

An electric heater warms up fastest, is easy to use and can be controlled via WiFi. A wood-burning heater offers a real fire and a deeper warmth, without relying on electricity. Infrared provides gentler heat and shorter sessions — a popular choice for health-focused use.

What exactly does the warranty cover?

Five years for the timber structure: beams, joints, cladding and foundations — covering defects in materials and workmanship. Two years for the heater and electrical installation: heater, wiring and lighting, combining the manufacturer's warranty with our responsibility for installation.

Do you fulfil orders outside Poland?

Yes — we deliver and install throughout Poland and across Europe. We agree the transport scope and cost individually when preparing your quote, as they depend on the distance and access to your plot.

Will the structure withstand a Polish winter?

Yes — we design every model from the foundations up, with Polish winters and years of use in mind. Our Tiny Houses use a C24 timber frame with mineral wool and Aluthermo insulation, allowing you to use the building all year round.
